About UKWRC

UKWRC is the representative organisation for retailers working in the UK Water sector.

Our members provide the billing and customer-facing services to non-household customers for their water supply and wastewater disposal.

What we do

UKWRC aims to make the water market work better for all non-household customers. We do that by being a collective voice for the business retail community and by working with key market stakeholders to drive the strategic agenda towards a sustainable and flourishing market delivering improved water services and value for all non-household customers.
