About UKWRC
The UK Water Retailer Council (UKWRC) is the representative organisation for retail companies operating in the two English & Welsh and Scottish water retail markets.
UKWRC members provide the billing and customer-facing services for water supply provision and wastewater collection for around 98% of the non-household supply points (i.e. non-household customer properties) in the English and Welsh markets and around 91% in the Scottish Market.
Our goals
The objectives of UKWRC are as follows:
- Making the UK water markets work even better.
- Informing and driving the strategic agenda for the UK water markets.
- Being a collective voice for the business retail community.
