- Metering in the NHH Market – the need for improved availability, quality, consistency and lower cost of customers’ consumption data.
- Market economics, reflecting efficient cost recovery and a balance of risk and reward between participants.
- Customer service – Wholesaler alignment and incentivisation with the interests of the NHH Market.
- Water Efficiency in the NHH Market.
- Reducing Market inconsistencies, inefficiencies and complexity.
We accept that the market can and is progressing with some of these issues but 3 areas (metering, customer service, and water efficiency) relate directly to Wholesalers’ PR24 investment plans.
